This is a short list of the various projects we have been involved in the creation and development of electric vehicles:

PROJECTS

Board Tracker

A recycled Huffy mountain bike, with a 1,000 watts front wheel motor, running on 48V. Batteries and controller mouned in the simulated gas tank. The triangular box in the frame is for storage and battery for the lights. Handlebar, stem, seat post, saddle and cruiser tires completed the transformation.

Off Road Kick Scooter

Cut and welded mountain bike frame into a kick scooter, with a 20' rear hub motor, 500 watts running on 48V. Motor controller and batteries fit in the bag on the rear rack. It performs quite nicely with its knobby tires in hilly back wood trails.

Vintage Folding Bike

1970s SuperCycle folding bike, with the front replaced with a hub motor, running on 36V to 48V.

BladeZ 450 SE Scooter

Two lead acid batteries (24V) replaced with a single battery pack with 6 lithium polymer cells for weight reduction.

1978 Honda CB400T conversion

Converted from its original ICE to electrical power with a brushed Etek motor, golf cart controller located under the gas tank, and four deep cycle lead acid batteries (48V) in the frame. Goes up to 70 km/hr on level ground.
